went to work ystd night and i was feeling very uncomfortable feel like vomiiting all the way….so i decided to go home early…and today suppose to have friendly match with vj…and i don’t think i’ll be attending..still feel like vomitting stil..my right shoulder also hurt…after vigorous swimming session..
